it's strong to ask...

Get comfy and everyone takes it in turn to hold their thumbs out and wiggle them up or down to express how they are and how their week has been. Allow everyone to share why. Perhaps share what God has been doing in your life this week. Why not take a moment to pray about what comes up?

Circle of trust – get a ball and sit in a circle, rather than trying to compete with each other we want to throw the ball to each person, say their name and they catch it. You want to try and get to 20 catches. See how high you can get, help each other out [key point: ask for help]

Family Discussion questions:

  • When you get stuck, who do you ask for help?

  • Why do you think we sometimes find it hard to ask for help?

  • Do you think God likes it when we ask Him an others for help? Why?

Find a space with your cushion somewhere, bring your journal or paper and pen with you.

Play this worship music video and spend some time asking God for help and then ask Him if he needs help with anything.

Why doesn't everyone write on a piece of paper something that they need help with this week. Put all the papers in a jar and take turns taking one out each. Try to commit to fulfilling your challenge!
