Get comfy and everyone takes it in turn to hold their thumbs out and wiggle them up or down to express how they are and how their week has been. Allow everyone to share why. Perhaps share what God has been doing in your life this week. Why not take a moment to pray about what comes up?
Catch & Drop – find a ball or something similar and get in a circle outside. Someone stands in the middle and throws the ball to someone in the circle shouting ‘catch’ or ‘drop’ – the person receiving the ball has to do the opposite to what’s shouted out [key point: doing the correct thing even when it seems hard]

Describe a time you’ve had to stand up for what is right when it wasn’t easy
How did Jesus do what was right even when the devil was tempting Him?
How can we learn to live like Jesus doing what is right when it isn’t easy?
Find a space with your cushion somewhere, bring your journal or paper and pen with you.
Play this worship music video and spend some time talking to God about the things that He thinks are important and right. Ask Him if there is anything that He wants you to put right. Pray for those who are standing up for what is right across our world, even when it isn’t easy..
Why not go undercover and look for a secret way you could help someone this week e.g doing someone else's chores, surprise someone with tiding up or making their bed for them?
